Quotations/Renewal-Order Management

We are seeking a professional to join our team, specializing in Quotations and Renewal Order Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing the renewal process and generating quotations. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and efficient order lifecycle from quote to order (Q2O).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process for contract renewals and quotations.
• Oversee and optimize the Quote to Order (Q2O) process.
• Ensure compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to support the overall Order Management function.

Required Candidate Profile

• Must have experience in Renewal and Quotation.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• A strong understanding of the contract renewal quotation process and Order Management.
