Quickbooks sales and Support or Tech sales and support Agents

We are seeking a dedicated QuickBooks Sales and Support Agent to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and sales assistance for QuickBooks products, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support for QuickBooks software and related products.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
• Educate customers on the features and functionalities of QuickBooks and other tech products.
• Maintain customer records and documentation of support interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and provide product demonstrations.
• Stay updated on product changes and enhancements to effectively assist customers.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in technical support or sales support role, preferably in software or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of QuickBooks software and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions effectively.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
