Store Operations Management

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution
  • Ensure adherence to shift schedules and timely completion of all store activities
  • Maintain operational standards through regular audits

Order Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Supervise order processing and ensure timely dispatch of orders
  • Manage last-mile delivery operations for seamless customer experience
  • Coordinate between store staff and delivery riders

Workforce Planning & Deployment

  • Allocate picker-packers and riders effectively to optimize productivity
  • Manage rostering and scheduling to ensure workforce efficiency
  • Act as a point of coordination between team members

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability
  • Coordinate with suppliers to minimize delays and stock issues
  • Maintain accuracy in inventory and reduce shrinkage

Performance Monitoring & Improvement

  • Track store performance metrics and analyze operational data
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Drive efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
