Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management System: Develop, implement, and manage the company's quality management system.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer complaints, providing resolutions and feedback to enhance product quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Team Management: Supervise and lead the quality control team, ensuring inspection and testing procedures for raw materials, in-process goods, and final products.
  • Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with purchasing staff and suppliers to establish and monitor quality requirements for incoming materials and components.
  • Audits: Lead and manage internal and external quality audits, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Corrective Actions: Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans to resolve quality issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on quality performance for senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to national and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements in manufacturing processes.
  • Product Delivery: Ensure that all products are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
