Job Description
- The QMS Manager/Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
- This role involves monitoring quality performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and promoting a culture of quality across all departments
Key Responsibilities
Quality System Development and Maintenance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (e g, AS 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 1694
- Experience in AS9100 Audits, SAP HANA, Supplier Evaluation,
- RCAEnsure QMS compliance with applicable regulatory, customer, and industry standar
- Regularly review and update quality policies, procedures, and manua
- Audits and Compliance:
- Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS
- Coordinate external audits and certification processes with third-party auditors
- Ensure timely resolution of audit findings and non-conformances
