Quality Management Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Assist in the design and implementation of software configuration and customization.

- Collaborate with the Configuration Lead and other team members to ensure smooth implementation of the configuration management plan.

- Analyze business process design and application requirements to provide effective software configuration and customization solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software configuration management.

- Assist in the documentation of software configuration and customization processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

1.Strong Knowledge of Functional testing with API and DB testing.

2.Expert in Test case creation and execution .

3.Good Knowledge of Regression testing ,Smoke and Sanity testing and defect life cycle.

4.Good in Communicating Gaps and Risks to key stakeholders, Product Owner and Developers.

5.Can work as Individual contributor as well as can guide junior team members

Good to have Skills: - Knowledge on automation tool such as UFT

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Management.

Educational Qualification:-

Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics or any related stream
