Quality Inspector- Hardlines

• Report any observed unethical behavior internally or externally (colleagues, agents, suppliers, or factory staff)
• Understand and implement Eurofins and customer SOPs, instructions, and specifications
• Be familiar with product production processes, quality standards, and defect classifications
• Verify accuracy of production information and conduct quality inspections as required
• Perform inspections according to customer-specific requirements and deliver error-free inspection reports
• Complete all mandatory courses, training, and assessments within set deadlines
• For inline inspections, production assurance, and quality assurance services, analyze quality issues, recommend improvements, track corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of nonconformities
• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner
• Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by management

Inspection Responsibilities:

• Use technical documents and customer-approved samples to confirm product compliance
• Apply measurement methods as per customer specifications
• Conduct requested on-site tests following Eurofins protocols or customer requirements
• Comply strictly with customer guidelines outlined in ACB or related specifications
• Capture and submit clear and relevant inspection photographs
• Prepare inspection reports using approved templates
• Submit complete, accurate inspection reports on the same day of inspection completion

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in an inspection or auditing company
• Approved/qualified to conduct product random inspections as per ISO 2859 standard
• Holding relevant qualification certificates in Hardline or E&E (Electrical & Electronics) fields
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective factory communication
