Quality Inspector

 Responsibilities:

• Perform product inspections based on customer requirements, Eurofins CPA processes, and ISO 2859 standards.
• Be familiar with product production processes, quality standards, and common defect classifications.
• Ensure accurate production information is collected and verified during inspections.
• Issue clear, comprehensive, and error-free inspection reports on the same day the inspection is completed.
• Understand and apply guidelines from the Assurance Control Book (ACB), customer plans, and technical specifications.
• Analyze quality issues found during Inline Production Assurance (INPA), Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC) inspections.
• Propose corrective and preventive actions, track improvements, and ensure follow-up to prevent recurrence of non-conformities.
• Complete all required training, assessments, and e-learning courses by the specified deadlines.
• Immediately report any unethical behavior observed during inspections, whether from internal teams or external stakeholders (e.g., agents, suppliers, factory staff).
