Job Description
Final Quality Inspection
• Ensure final inspections are conducted as per specifications.
• Maintain inspection records and generate rejection data.
• Ensure zero-defect dispatches to maintain customer satisfaction.
In-Process Quality Control
• Monitor process quality at critical stages of production.
• Validate non-conformities (NCs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Track customer complaints in the CRM and validate quality improvements periodically.
Customer Complaint Handling
• Investigate customer complaints and coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Validate prescribed actions and ensure timely closure with proper communication.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and customers.
Continuous Improvement & Quality Systems
• Maintain and analyze rejection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support cross-departmental initiatives to improve process capability and product reliability.
• Ensure adherence to quality systems, standards, and audit requirements.
Additional Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor the quality team.
• Ensure systematic and detail-oriented problem-solving approaches are applied across processes.
• Drive a culture of quality excellence across all functions.
