Develop and implement the company's quality strategy, policies, and procedures in line with industry standards and customer expectations.
Oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) operations across production, raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with relevant quality certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, GMP, HACCP, or industry-specific regulations.
Manage audits (internal/external), regulatory inspections, and customer audits.
Establish and monitor Key Quality Metrics (KPIs) such as first-pass yield, defect rate, customer complaints, etc.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and non-conformance management.
Collaborate with R&D, production, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure quality integration throughout the product lifecycle.
Implement Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or TQM practices to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.
Lead and mentor the quality team; ensure proper training and development across all quality functions.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
10–20 years of progressive experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of quality standards, process auditing, and industry-specific regulations.
Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma, CAPA).
Experience with quality systems (QMS) and ERP platforms.
Proven leadership skills with experience in building and managing large teams.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
