YOUR TASKS
Tasks:
Collecting and processing of compliance documents to ensure fulfillment of global product related regulatory requirements and industry standards, including safety, environmental and quality regulations using various tools (e.g. IMDS)
Analyzing regulatory requirements and ensure that all collected data aligns with these standards.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and data.
Supporting the development and continuous optimization of the compliance methodology for aftermarket products
Identification, monitoring, and mitigation of compliance risks in cooperation with strategic product Compliance Manager
Support function for product related business processes from a compliance perspective
Management of compliance requirements for new product launches
Efficient communication with external business providers to ensure smooth product launches
Close collaboration with product management, legal and quality in terms of ensuring compliance throughout the product lifecycle
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Qualification:
Experience in automotive industry preferably quality, testing or product management
Good understanding of legal framework for compliance process implementation
Experience with IMDS (International Material Data System) for material data within the automotive industry
Knowledge of product compliance management standards
Work experience in a multicultural environment
Fluent in English
Strong skills in the use of Excel and PowerPoint
Work experience 2-3 years
