Quality Control - Chemist

• Testing and analysis of raw materials, packing materials, intermediates, and finished goods to ensure quality standards.
• Resolve issues related to raw material performance and prepare/calibrate standard solutions, maintaining accurate records.
• Compile monthly data related to ISO compliance and quality standards.
• Maintain communication with production, stores, planning, purchase, technical, and other manufacturing teams to support SAP users under the quality management module requirements.
• Implement 5S methodology for housekeeping and organization within plant premises.
• Adhere to and maintain safety standards as per company policies.
• Manage issuance and indenting of laboratory requirement items.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials during operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports timely and accurately.
• Oversee laboratory housekeeping, safety, and maintenance during shifts.

Education Qualifications

MS/M.Sc (Science) / Other relevant degrees

B.Tech/B.E. in Paint / Oil or related fields
