Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute the Servicing Quality Control Plan for assigned process audits
• Conduct quality control reviews as per prescribed audit schedules
• Ensure compliance with investor requirements, policies, and procedures
• Demonstrate proficiency in mortgage servicing guidelines and regulations
• Prepare audit methods, testing scripts, and questionnaires
• Conduct audits of loan servicing systems and processes
• Collaborate with external/client stakeholders effectively
• Deliver assignments ahead of deadlines with high attention to detail
• Work US shifts and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
