Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in quality control/assurance focusing on wind turbine blades or composite structures.
  • Strong understanding of composite manufacturing processes (fiberglass, carbon fiber) and blade production techniques.
  • Experience in mechanical testing and material analysis.
  • Familiarity with wind turbine blade design, testing standards, and regulations (IEC 61400-23, ISO 9001).
  • Proficient in quality management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on technical issue resolution.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Quality Management or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience with wind turbine manufacturing or large-scale renewable energy projects.
