• Ensure highest quality software is developed and deployed
• Implement industry standard Testing methodologies
• Design processes for Sanity / Regression / Performance / Load / Security testing
• Manage team of Testing engineers and responsible for team s output
• Plan KRAs of the team and monitor to achieve organizational goals
• Adopt Testing tools (Like Postman) for API testing
• Implement best practices in Testing for Next Gen messaging products like WhatsApp, Viber, RCS, e-mail, Voice, Chatbots etc.

Required Experience / Skills:

• 6 to 8 years of experience as a Testing/ QA Lead
• Proven leadership abilities, should have handled a team
• Knowledge of Software API Testing lifecycle and SDLC
• Experience of handling waterfall and agile model
• API testing tools like POSTMAN
• Thorough understanding of RESTful API / HTTP
• Cloud native applications (AWS) for performance / Security / sanity / regression testing
• Certified with AWS / GCP / Azure Cloud platforms
• Knowledge of test case review, bug tracking tools
• Knowledge of Project Management processes
• Testing automation tools, mobile app testing and automation.
• Dynamic personality with a positive attitude and never give-up spirit.
