Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular shop rounds to inspect manufacturing quality points (at least twice per shift).
• Initiate and oversee resolution of quality issues; escalate as needed.
• Decide acceptability of parts; coordinate with HQ quality and relevant functions.
• Monitor quality trends, implement corrective and preventive actions (CA/PA).
• Inform relevant parties about serious quality issues.
• Lead quality improvement projects and implement identified measures.
• Prepare and update QA documentation (checklists, procedures, etc.).
• Review NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and follow up with suppliers.
• Conduct daily meetings with shop engineers to discuss quality findings, rejections, and open points.
• Escalate serious quality deviations to Quality Head and SPR.
• Conduct product audits to ensure quality standards are met.
