Quality, Assembly Line Operator

Operate and monitor assembly line machinery and tools to ensure continuous production flow and adherence to production targets.

• Perform in-line quality checks using appropriate tools and techniques to detect defects and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Accurately document inspection results and escalate non-conformities to supervisors or quality engineers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation, including changeovers and adjustments.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards consistently and report unsafe practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements.
• Work with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and precision.
