Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 months of experience in collections; DRA certification preferred
• Analyze client data and scrutinize details to meet quality standards
• Identify and recommend process improvements based on analysis
• Utilize QA tools such as Pareto and Run Charts for performance evaluation
• Achieve process SLAs and generate MIS reports
• Share feedback through presentations to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain MIS and highlight areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with Gage R&R specifications
• Open to rotational shift work
• Improve process efficiency and achieve maximum QA scores
• Track and monitor team MIS to enhance skills and productivity

• Strong oral and written communication
• Client-oriented with excellent dispute handling ability
• Fast learner with excellent analytical skills
• Familiarity with web applications and internet search tools
• Conduct fact-finding analysis to detect trends and resolve issues
