Qlik Sense Development Manager - Portfolio Analytics

We are seeking a seasoned Qlik Sense Development Manager to join our Products team within the Portfolio Analytics group. This is a senior leadership role that blends deep technical expertise with strategic client management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of custom analytics solutions, mentoring a team of developers, and cultivating strong client relationships to drive product innovation and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Solutions & Relationship Management:
• Partner directly with clients to understand and document their specific analytics and custom reporting needs.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
• Actively manage client feedback throughout the project lifecycle to refine solutions and build lasting relationships.
• Technical Leadership:
• Lead and oversee complex Qlik Sense development projects.
• Design and implement sophisticated dashboards for risk and performance analytics.
• Establish and enforce technical standards and best practices for the development team.
• Review and approve technical solutions and guide key architectural decisions to ensure scalability and performance.
• Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of Qlik Sense developers, fostering their professional growth and technical skills.
• Manage project priorities, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including product management and data teams, to align on project goals and dependencies.
• Drive overall team performance and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Qlik Sense development.
• Strong expertise in data modeling and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• A background in financial services is preferred, with specific experience in risk and performance reporting.
• Proven experience in managing and nurturing client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and project management.
