QC / R&D Head

Oversee all quality control operations including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and testing protocols.

Lead formulation development, product improvement, and new product development (NPD).

Test and evaluate raw materials, fragrances, and packaging compatibility.

Maintain lab records, batch documentation, COAs, and test reports.

Implement QA systems, procedures, and guidelines to ensure regulatory and statutory compliance.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for quality failures and customer complaints; implement CAPA.

Approve new raw materials and packaging components; coordinate with suppliers on quality concerns.

Lead, train, and supervise QC and R&D teams; assign tasks and monitor performance.

Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams to resolve technical issues.
