Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Quality & Food Safety Management:

  • Oversee and manage all quality control processes across the plant.
  • Ensure products meet regulatory compliance, internal standards, and customer expectations.
  • Implement and monitor food safety protocols, hygiene, and quality practices.

Process & Product Quality Improvement:

  • Drive continuous improvement in product quality and manufacturing processes.
  • Identify root causes of quality deviations and implement corrective actions.

Customer & Market Complaint Management:

  • Address customer complaints related to product quality and ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze trends in complaints to prevent recurrence.

Audit & Compliance:

  • Conduct internal and external audits to maintain compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Prepare for certifications and ensure adherence to quality systems.

Laboratory and Testing Excellence:

  • Supervise laboratory testing and validation of raw materials and finished products.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and testing protocols.

Team Building & Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QC technicians and staff.
  • Build a strong culture of quality and accountability across the plant.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to maintain quality standards.
  • Support plant-level process improvements in coordination with other departments.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct training sessions for staff on quality systems, regulatory compliance, and best practices.
  • Promote awareness of modern quality tools and techniques.
