QA/QC coating and painting Inspector

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct inspection and quality control of all coating and painting activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Oversee and verify surface preparation, coating application, and curing processes.
• Monitor and report on the quality of work, identifying and rectifying any defects or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with the project management team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform piping and fabrication inspections as required.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in QA/QC, with a focus on coating and painting in the construction industry.
• Strong experience with piping and fabrication work .
• BGAS and NACE certifications are mandatory.
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to coating and painting in construction projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
