QA Trainee - 1 Yr || Pharma API

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Support batch record review and release activities.
• Participate in in-process and finished product quality checks.
• Assist in investigations of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Contribute to the preparation and review of quality documentation, including SOPs, protocols, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant industry standards.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a Pharma API manufacturing environment is preferred. Freshers with a strong academic background in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biotechnology may also be considered.
• Strong understanding of GMP principles and regulatory requirements for API manufacturing.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day and night).
• Immediate joining is required.

Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on interview performance and experience).
