QA QC Coordinator (Civil/Facade)

QA/QC (Civil/Faade) at Adani will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of all civil and faade work within the real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of experience in the real estate industry and will play a crucial role in upholding Adani's commitment to excellence and precision.

*Key Responsibilities of Role

• Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures for civil and faade works
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues
• Provide technical guidance and expertise on QA/QC matters
• Review project specifications and blueprints to identify quality requirements
• Lead internal quality improvement initiatives and training programs
• Prepare quality reports and documentation for senior management
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in QA/QC
• Resolve quality-related disputes and conflicts in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure that all civil and faade works meet safety and environmental standards

*Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
