Job Overview

• Managing the quality assurance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and methodologies to ensure the quality of products and solutions.
• Developing and executing test plans and test cases to ensure product functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Conducting manual and automated testing to identify and report defects and issues in products.

Requirements:

• Experience in quality assurance, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices, with expertise in product testing methodologies.
• Experience in managing and leading quality assurance teams, with strong coaching and mentorship skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex product issues.
• Proficiency in quality assurance tools and systems.
