QA Manual Engineer

We are hiring for QA Manual Engineer for the Noida location.

• Proficiency in testing front-end applications.
• Experience in System Integration.
• Creating, planning, and writing test cases.
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of the Testing Life Cycle.
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities.
• Identifying, documenting, and overseeing the resolution of bugs.
• Monitoring feature progress on JIRA and effectively collaborating with developers for issue resolution.
• Supporting various QA activities, including the development of test approaches, test cases, and test execution as required.
• Collaborating with technical resources to discuss and troubleshoot issues.
• Working independently with minimal supervision.

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Possessing 3-5 years of manual testing experience.
• Holding a degree in BTech/BS/MTech/MS in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Having a solid grasp of QA concepts.
• Proficiency in identifying test scenarios, designing test cases, executing tests, and managing defects.
• Competence in conducting Functional, Regression, and Integration testing.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology.
• Adept at manual testing and open to learning new technologies.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrating enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness to learn automation and work in both manual and automated testing.
• Knowledge of test automation is an added advantage.
• Experience in customer interactions and the ability to work self-managed, independently, or with minimal supervision.
