QA Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and ensure the highest quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and a proven track record of managing QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and plans.
• Lead and mentor the QA team to ensure high standards of quality.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze quality metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in QA/testing roles.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience with performance testing and tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
