QA Lead – Testing

•Lead large-scale testing projects as Test Lead, managing test execution and teams

•Design system-level testing strategies, test plans, and proposals

•Test wireless telecom protocol layers (L1, L2, L3) and desktop/web applications

•Participate in project/product QA life cycles, including release/build management, defect management, and configuration control

•Write or improve test/automation tools utilized for testing purposes

•Provide exposure and guidance on GUI test automation and scripting languages

•Write technical proposals for testing activities and ensure adherence to best practices
