• Test Management: You oversee the entire testing process, including test environment setup, test data management, and test execution scheduling
• You ensure that testing activities are properly organized and prioritized to meet project timelines
• Defect Management: You lead the defect tracking and management process
• This includes identifying, documenting, and tracking defects found during testing
• You work closely with developers to analyze and resolve issues, ensuring that all identified defects are appropriately addressed
• Team Leadership: As a QA Lead, you provide guidance and support to the QA team members
