QA Engineer

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled QA Lead to join our team. The QA Lead will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process and ensuring that all products meet the highest standards. Job Title: QA Lead Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Lead a team of QA testers to ensure that all products meet quality standards.
• Create test plans and test cases for new products and features.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs and issues.
• Work closely with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
• Track and report on testing progress and results.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements. Required Skills:
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Skills:
• Experience with performance and security testing.
• Knowledge of Agile development processes.
• Certification in software testing. Education Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
