QA engineer

Description

We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates to join our team as QA Engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
• Identify, record, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on software usability.
• Perform regression testing and ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements and testability.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
