QA ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Role Overview: Responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Telecom and Unified Communications solutions, including video conferencing systems, through comprehensive testing and validation.
• Domain Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Telecom domain, specifically in Unified Communications and Video Conferencing.
• Networking & Protocols: Strong understanding of networking and telecom protocols including VOIP, SIP, RTP, H.264, OPUS, WebRTC. Exposure to CTI/JTAPI and CSTA protocols is a plus.
• Test Automation & Scripting: Proficient in Python scripting; experience with Python libraries, Selenium, and Robot Framework for test automation.
• Test Management: Expertise in test bed setup, test planning, test execution, defect reporting, and preparation of test reports.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments; familiar with sprint cycles and iterative testing processes.
• Continuous Integration: Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins for automated test execution and integration with development pipelines.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
