QA Automation Lead

We are seeking a QA Automation Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software quality assurance and automation testing, with the ability to lead a team of QA engineers. You will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test frameworks, mentoring team members, and ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the QA automation team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and create test plans.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Identify, record, and track bugs and issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, particularly Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, QTest, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
