QA Automation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the automation efforts of our QA team, designing and implementing test automation frameworks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA automation team in developing test strategies, plans, and scripts.
• Design and implement automated test frameworks and tools for various applications.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Review and analyze system specifications to identify test requirements and develop test cases accordingly.
• Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to ensure software quality and performance.
• Mentor and train junior QA engineers on automation best practices and tools.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in QA automation testing.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
