QA Automation

• The Quality Assurance engineer primary resource for Exploring and implementing new ways to automate systems support and ongoing maintenance for Human Capital Management information apps leveraging our Open HCM platform.
• Implement and configure application functionality including user interfaces, business rules, workflows and complex logic.
• Troubleshoot customer and product issues to identify product gaps, aligning the customers needs and expectations.
• Compile and communicate customer product issues to Quality, Engineering, and Product team stakeholders.
• Be the primary point of contact for any quality related aspects for team
• Guide dev team by providing continuous support in improving their testing tough process.
• Identify and review test scenarios to ensure high test coverage for release.
• Help setup up test environment with good quality data covering all user cases.
• Provide Engineering leaders with product insights against issues resolved.

Mandates -

• Experience in any automation tool preferably Selenium
• Should be able to develop/enhance automation framework and scripts
• Log issues in accordance with issue management process in defect management tools
• Participate in release management process to ensure quality in each release
• Understanding of CICD process and Jenkins integrations is an added advantage
• Clearly understand business requirements and identify use cases that can be leveraged to write functional and
• persona-based test cases.
• Ability to design, write and execute automated tests
• Good technical skills and strong in any scripting language.
• Strong experience in writing test strategy, test plans, test cases and reporting defects
• Good understanding of various testing methodologies and agile methodologies
• Good communication skills, thought process Analytical skills
• Good knowledge of database and ability to write scripts to retrieve data
• Should exhibit good functional/domain understanding of the current project
