QA & Testing Senior Manager

Required Experience & Education:

• 14+ years of experience in software development and test automation.
• 5+ years of management experience, leading and developing technical teams.
• Experience in vendor management within an onshore/offshore model.
• Expertise in architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise testing solutions.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Industry certifications such as Scrum Master, Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent.

Desired Experience:

• Experience with mainframe testing lifecycle.
• Exposure to cloud-native distributed systems (AWS).
• Experience of claims adjudication and claims lifecycle in healthcare.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams in best practices for QA automation.
