QA Analyst II
Job Description
-Be aware of projects and their particularities, develop test scenarios, perform various quality assurance tests and ensure that systems respond effectively (QA Testing, System Analysis, Problem Solving)
-Ensure the quality, follow-up, and adherence to test schedules (Quality Assurance, Project Management, Analytical Skills)
-Carry on with post-implementation follow-ups to ensure stability and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize patches (Post-Implementation Support, Client Coordination)
-Identify situations that may affect deliverable quality, provide feedback, and ensure corrective actions are taken (Risk Management, Issue Resolution, Analytical Skills)
-Participate in planning, organization, and follow-up of project deliveries to ensure QA and implementation commitments are met (Project Planning, Test Management)
-Review Business Requirements & System Specifications for Defined Benefit plans configuration, web setup, data conversion, payroll interface, carrier feeds, premium billing (Business Analysis, Defined Benefit Knowledge, SQL, VB)
-Execute system configuration through parameters (System Configuration, Technical Skills)
-Develop and review test plans and expected results; test system functionality and document results (Test Case Design, Documentation, Manual Testing)
-Attend, participate, and contribute to team and client meetings (Communication, Team Collaboration)
-Work closely with the DB Team Lead to communicate project progress and delivery
