Python/Kotlin Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Python/Kotlin Developer to design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with modern frameworks and cloud-native development, capable of building robust APIs and scalable systems using Python and Kotlin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and Kotlin
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
• Integrate with databases, third-party services, and internal APIs
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions
• Debug and resolve issues, and continuously optimize application performance
• Ensure applications are secure and follow compliance and coding standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in backend development using Python and/or Kotlin
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
• Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Spring Boot, or Ktor
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile development methodologies
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and debugging
