We are seeking an experienced AWS Data Engineer to manage and optimize cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS services, Python scripting, and SQL, along with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage AWS services including S3, Data Lake, EMR, EC2, Lambda, Glue, Aurora, RDS Postgres, and SageMaker
• Develop and modify Python scripts for robust and efficient data ingestion pipelines
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Maintain accurate documentation for all data ingestion processes and scripts
• Liaise with customers, vendors, and BAU teams to resolve data-related queries and issues
• Support daily BAU operations, and assist in audit and compliance processes
• Use Apache Airflow for orchestrating data workflows

Mandatory Skills:

• Python (3+ years hands-on)
