Python Developer with GenAI & Insurance Domain

Roles & Responsibilities – GenAI Developer (5+ Years Experience)

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in building Generative AI (GenAI) solutions
• Strong working knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks, including experience in one or more of the following:
• LangGraph
• CrewAI
• Proven expertise in GenAI technologies, including:
• Python, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs
• Azure Document Intelligence (ADI)
• Azure Service Bus
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end GenAI applications with focus on scalability and enterprise-grade architecture
• Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain and ability to apply GenAI solutions to relevant use cases
• Capable of integrating AI models with enterprise systems and APIs to build context-aware, intelligent applications
• Demonstrates clear communication skills, capable of working with technical and business stakeholders
