Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using Python, Django, and Flask
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable applications
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Integrate third-party APIs, services, and databases
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
• Perform code reviews and enforce best coding practices
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing (for senior roles)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with Django and Flask frameworks
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
• Experience with ORMs (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)
• Proficiency in SQL and databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic frontend integration)
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
• Experience with testing frameworks (PyTest, UnitTest)
