Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
- Manage and coordinate purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to achieve cost savings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certification or training is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in purchase operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other procurement software applications.
