Job Description

Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, developing supplier partnerships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best terms and conditions.
  • Approve orders for goods and services as per company requirements.
  • Finalize purchase details including orders, deliveries, and vendor agreements.
  • Review and assess existing contracts for effectiveness and compliance.
  • Plan and implement sourcing strategies to optimize procurement efficiency.
  • Track and report key procurement metrics to reduce costs and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity on specifications and expectations.
  • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
  • Control expenditures and promote long-term savings in procurement activities.
