Job Description

Supply Chain Management

  • Handle procurement-to-pay activities including vendor identification & selection, sourcing raw materials, indenting & order generation, order tracking, and supplier payments.
  • Manage supply and demand using forecasting and inventory management techniques.
  • Achieve competitive advantage through cost reduction and value addition.
  • Maintain customer (internal & external) relationship and service management.
  • Coordinate and update different functional teams to enhance service value.

Vendor Management

  • Execute vendor selection processes.
  • Establish effective communication channels and information flow between internal and external customers.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential vendors.
  • Perform vendor stratification, classification, and consolidation.
  • Renegotiate existing price contracts and select vendors through comparative statements.
  • Perform cost and performance benchmarking.

Logistics Management

  • Implement strategies for cost reduction and service improvement.
  • Manage inventory, location, and transport strategies, including vehicle routing.
  • Oversee inbound logistics and transportation allocation for lifting and inbound movement of raw materials.
  • Handle procurement, distribution, disposal, and reverse logistics efficiently
