Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, components, and tools.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
  • Maintain and monitor inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Generate purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt.
  • Collaborate with the production and design teams to understand procurement needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Maintain documentation and prepare procurement reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Understanding of mechanical components and manufacturing processes
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
