Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand real estate and construction procurement / services requirements, support in evaluation options and assist in implementing procurement solutions in coordination with the project implementation and monitoring office team
  • Raising of purchase order post evaluating vendor s / service providers
  • Renewal of all annual contracts for various projects as per timelines
  • Raise and get the approval for Purchase Request /Purchase Orders as per process
  • Monitor procurement and ensure timely delivery of material and services. Liaise with Accounts for timely closure of all commercial agreements, settlement invoice
  • Knowledge of complete Procure to Pay Cycle, Vendor Management, Basic knowledge of Stores, Conversant with GST
  • Regular updates on all pending procurement requests with stakeholders
  • Keep accurate records of purchases made
  • Maintaining proper inventory records and keep updating the same
