Job Description

Procurement Strategy & Supplier Management

  • Develop and implement sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with project objectives
  • Identify suppliers for diagnostic equipment, sample collection kits, and other TB-related supplies
  • Establish relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance
  • Ensure all purchases meet quality standards and are cost-effective

Budgeting & Compliance

  • Develop and manage procurement budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, procurement policies, and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices

Team Coordination & Capacity Building

  • Coordinate procurement activities with project teams, healthcare providers, and government agencies
  • Provide training and support to staff involved in procurement, inventory management, and quality assurance
