Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain calendars for editorial activities, press conferences, events, and media lists.
  • Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions for PR campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing and executing events, campaigns, and communication initiatives.
  • Conduct research to support PR planning and strategy development.
  • Draft and distribute newsletters, press releases, and other communication materials.
  • Edit videos, presentations, and other assigned content.
  • Support relationship management with stakeholders, media personnel, and vendors.
  • Track media coverage and PR metrics such as web analytics.
  • Suggest and implement ways to streamline communication processes and plan execution.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the PR team.
