Job Description
• Create and manage service orders, including planning travel, labor, spare parts logistics, and external service procurement.
• Manage service contracts, including SLA agreements, pricing, and warranty terms.
• Handle service requests efficiently from initial intake to resolution.
• Execute accurate and timely billing and invoicing for service activities and contracts.
• Integrate service management with ERP modules such as Order Management, MRP, Inventory, Logistics, and Finance.
• Enhance service capabilities by integrating with SAP Customer Service.
• Leverage real-time data and analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Support service business transformation, enabling outcome-based services and measuring customer success.
• Drive digitalization initiatives to improve service innovation and revenue streams.
• Improve customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships through streamlined service processes.
