Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic counselling and guidance to students and parents regarding subject selection and academic planning.
• Address overall school-related queries and support student development.
• Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to support students' emotional and academic well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to monitor student progress.
• Maintain counselling records and ensure compliance with RCI guidelines.
• Support career awareness and goal-setting initiatives within the school.
